PHIL MADZARA

Commercial Law, Regulatory & Compliance Law, Intellectual Property Law,Labour Law and Property Law.  Phil joined the firm as an intern in June 2016 and became an associate of the firm in January 2018. Since joining the firm he has been exposed to a number of practice areas. Phil has shown a keen interest in intellectual property law and commercial transactions. He has assisted various companies with registration of trade marks and with enforcement of intellectual property rights. Phil was part of the litigation team that dealt with the first intellectual property dispute before the Intellectual Property Tribunal in Zimbabwe. Phil has also been taking and interest in Property Share Block Schemes and has been involved in drafting of various agreements in this regard.
