KIM THEODORE MUTAMBO

Kim Theodore Mutambo has been with the firm since 2016, and became an Associate in January 2018. He is a member of the litigation department and he has particular interest in civil and commercial litigation. Theodore has a broad practice. He has assisted in a number of cases before the Magistrates Court, Labour Court, the High Court and the Supreme Court.  Theodore has experience in labour disciplinary procedures, conciliation and arbitration, retrenchments, alternative dispute resolution, drafting and reviewing of lease agreements, cessions and assignment of leases. 

It is Theodore’s firm belief that all clients understandably aim to achieve the best possible outcome for their positions and that fairness, mutual benefit and maintenance of a relationship are key outcomes to strive for whenever a legal practitioner renders his services to a client.
